The Core Work
3–5 private TRTP sessions
This is where the shift begins.
We work with the part of you that’s been stuck on high alert, the part that keeps waiting for the next thing to go wrong, even when everything’s quiet.
How many sessions you need will depend on your story. What comes up. What’s ready.
There’s no pressure. No timeline to meet.
We go at the pace that feels possible for your system.

A lot can settle in that first month.
This session is where we check in with how you're feeling, and what’s changed beneath the surface.
It’s where you start to notice:

You might not be able to name all the changes yet.
But something inside knows, it’s different now.
Letting It Land
Integration session (around 4 weeks later)
Support in the Middle
1 month of quiet support between sessions
After the core sessions, there’s a stretch of time where things are shifting, but the ground might still feel unfamiliar.
This support is for that in-between space.
You can reach out when things feel wobbly, when you’re not sure if what you’re feeling is peace… or just unfamiliar.
When your system is adjusting and you want someone steady to check in with.
This isn’t extra therapy.

This is a space for steady, ongoing support, especially for parents navigating this work inside a family system.
You’ll get access to 4 foundational courses and a community if you want to tap in.
You don’t need to do them all at once.
